medium tart to tart Apples
apple cider
sugar 1/2 c. to 1 c. pulp
cinnamon oil (Indiana version) or (Ohio version) red-hots cinnamon drops

Directions:
Directions:
Cook apples and put through colander, Add a little cider. Cook down until almost thick enough for butter. Add sugar. About 1/2 cup to 1 cup pulp. Cook to desired consistency. Flaor with cinnamon oil or red-hots
