1/8 teaspoon Cream of Tarter
1 lb Icing Sugar
1/2 cup Hot Water from tap

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Add hot water gradually, beat 5 to 10 minutes until icing is smooth. Use fairly quickly when icing gingerbread house as it does solidify.
