1 package spring roll wrappers, thawed
1/2 small head cabbage, shredded
2 carrots, shredded
1/2 package snow/snap peas, thinly sliced
1/2 package bean sprouts
2-3 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. fresh ginger, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3-4 tbsp. soy sauce
pepper

Directions:

Combine all of the filling ingredients.

Leave spring roll wrappers under damp towel to prevent from drying out.

Brush edges of wrapper with water. Add 1-2 tablespoons filling to wrapper. Tuck ends and roll tightly. Be careful not to overfill wrappers or they will explode during cooking.

Fry spring rolls 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Serve immediately with plum sauce or soy sauce.
