Dry Ingredients:
4 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. salt

Wet Ingredients
1 cup molasses
3 oz. butter
2 oz.half and half
1 T vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees..
Sift dry ingredients together and reserve in a bowl.
Combine wet ingredients over low heat until butter is melted.
Make a well in the middle of dry ingredients.
Slowly stir wet, ingredients into dry ingredients until mixture come together.
don't over mix.
Lightly flour work surface and roll gingerbread to 1/4 inch thick.
Cut out cookies

Bake 6 to 8 minutes
Cool on rack and decorate.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
