A fillet of salmon and sauces as required...

1. Marinate in Teriyaki sauce for 30 mins and pan fry gently 2-3 mins each side.

2. Marinate in soy sauce and wasabi for 30 min and pan fry on a high heat with a little oil for 2 - 3 mins each side.

3. Marinate with olive oil, crushed garlic and sweet chilli sauce. Pan fry on a low heat for 2 to 3 mins each side.

4. Marinate with Balsamic Glaze. Pan fry gently 2 to 3 mins each side Serve with a crispy side salad.

5. Marinate with your favourite pre-made Penang style curry sauce or satay sauce and pan fry for 2 to 3 mins each side. Or for a delicious asian style curry, add a small can of coconut milk and a sprinkle of coriander, simmer for 10 mins.
