1 can peas
1 can green beans
1 can corn
1 small container pimento
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
5 stalks chopped celery
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Drain well - peas, green beans, corn and pimento.

Combine - sugar, vinegar and oil and mix with vegtables and marinate overnight.

Next day drain well and add the rest of ingredients.

This recipe is very flexible. You can use cider or white vinegar or other flavored vinegar. You can also use different types of oil - whatever you have on had. It's great for potlucks.
