Directions:
Wash the ribs and pat dry. Flip the ribs and take out the silver skin if cooking on the grill.
(silver skin is the white membrane on the side of the rib that doesn't have the exposed meat, use a knife
and start in a corner and tear in an upwards motion.

Use a knife and poke both side of the ribs before you rub.

Use a generous amount of rub and rub both sides. Let it marinate for at least an hour.

If using an oven, preheat 400 degrees. Turn down to 350 when baking, 30 minutes.

Take the ribs out, the meat should be shrinking from the bone.

Use a brush and paint on BBQ sauce, both sides. Return the ribs to over for another 15 minutes.

Check, the ribs should be browning nicely with a little burnt edges. Take out and let it rest.
