4 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
6 Tbsp. butter
1/4 cp. white sugar
1/2 cp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. water
2 unbaked pie crusts (Pillsbury pastry sheets)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Melt butter, sugars, cinnamon and water in saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in apple slices. Place 1 pastry sheet in 9" pie plate and pour apples in, reserving 2 Tbsp. of sauce. Top with second pastry sheet and crimp edges of both crusts together. Make several slits in top. Spread reserved sauce over crust. Bake for 15 min., then lower heat to 350 and continue baking for 30 min. Allow to cool before slicing.
