Ingredients: 1 package wonton wrapper buy in Asian grocery store (thin, square, and yellow) 1 lb of ground pork (some fat is good) 4 chinese mushroom soaked in warm water and diced (can be omitted) 4 oz shrimp cleaned, dried, and diced 2 Tbl chopped green onion 1/2 tsp grated ginger 1 Tbl salt 1/2 tsp pepper 2 Tbl soy sauce 1 Tbl chinese wine 1 egg

Directions: |
Directions:Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix it well. Add egg and mix again.
Thaw wrappers. Use one sheet at a time and prepare water for sealing.
Put one tsp of mixture in the middle of the square. Turn point on the bottom until it meets the top.
Mixture will be in the middle. Now you have a triangle.
Use the bottom two points and twist them to meet in the back. Or
You can just have the two points meet in the middle by press them together.
Served two ways, fried one at a time in a sauce pan with 2 inches of oil, or in a chicken broth.
Boil the broth, put the wonton in one at a time. You can also boil noodles and then put the wonton and broth on top. |

Notes: There are about 80 wrappers in a package. You can freeze what you don't use. Freeze them individually, when it is semihard, you can put them all in one freezer bag. If fried serve with Thai chilli sweet sauce.
