2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. ground turkey
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. chili powder
1 can beef broth
1 chopped onion
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 small can chopped green chilies
1 can tomato sauce
grated cheddar cheese
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large pan and add turkey, stirring to break up and brown. Coat meat with taco seasoning, oregano and chili powder. Pour broth in, add onion and bell pepper. Simmer until tender and add green chilies, tomatoes and sauce. Simmer for about 30 min. and add some water if too thick. Serve topped with cheese and sour cream.
