1 pkg instant mashed potatoes
Milk
Butter
Salt and pepper
1 8-oz pkg cream cheese
1 egg, beaten
Chives
Paprika
Directions:
Directions:
Make potatoes according to package directions to make 8 servings. While hot, stir in cream cheese. Quickly stir in egg. Sprinkle and then stir in chives to taste. Put in casserole and add pats of butter on top. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 300º for 45 minutes.

Notes: The above recipe can be baked in an 8" square glass baking dish. I usually double the recipe and bake in a 9 x 13" glass baking dish.

I've also baked the potatoes at different temperatures, depending on what else I'm cooking. Just bake until the top turns golden brown and the potatoes are HOT!
