1c Sugar
1/2c margarine (melted)
2 small packages Instant Chocolate Pudding
16oz Cool Whip
3c milk
1 package of Oreos
Directions:
Directions:
1. Crush Oreos mix with melted margarine, press into 9x13 pan to form crust (save 1/2 c crushed Oreos for topping)
2. Mix together softened cream cheese, sugar and 1/2 of the Cool Whip and spread over crust.
3. Mix together 2 packages of instant chocolate pudding dry mix and 3 cups of milk and add as next layer.
4. Put into refrigerator for about 1/2 hour to set.
5. Add remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle crushed Oreos on top

Serve cold and enjoy!
