Ingredients: 8 ounce box of Spaghetti (cook per directions on the box) One can ( I use canned) of Spaghetti Sauce store brand One can diced Italian style tomatoes One pound of ground beef cook your ground beef in 2 tablespoons of olive oil One cup shredded cheese I use extra sharp cheddar (Use what you prefer) Season according to your taste add garlic or more Italian seasoning, I add basil because I grow it in my backyard.
If you like a sweet flavor in your spaghetti, add a teaspoon of sugar in the spaghetti sauce.

Directions:Cook your Spaghetti Cook your ground beef in about 2 tablespoons of olive oil Put spaghetti in casserole dish add the beef Add the shredded cheese Pour the spaghetti sauce over all, then the canned tomatoes Bake in a 400º oven until it bubbles about 20 minutes if your oven was preheated Do not cook over 400º, too hot of an oven makes cheese rubbery. When the casserole is taken out of oven sprinkle more cheese over it. I use Parmesan cheese (some people don't care for Parmesan). |

Notes: Serve with a salad and garlic bread or cornbread. This is a easy supper and doesn't take long to go from stove to table and it is very good. Who doesn't like Italian spaghetti? 🙂
