1 10 oz package puff pastry shells, thawed
1 chicken breast
1/2 lb pork sausage
1 t flour
1 egg white
1 medium onion, chopped
1 large garlic clove, minced
1/3 cup sour cream
1 c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken breast and cut into bite size pieces.
Brown the sausage and add onion and garlic to sausage.
Cook until onion is transparent.
Drain off the fat.
Add chicken, sour cream and cheese. Mix well.
Roll the pastry sell into an 9 inch circle.
Add 2 T of the chicken/sausage mixture onto the center of each circle. Fold in half. Crimp the edges with a fork and brush the tops with a slightly beaten egg white.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 6 (8 inch) meat pies.
