1 (14-oz) can of quartered artichoke hearts, well-drained
1 cup of mayo
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix all ingredients together, slightly mashing the artichokes. Put in a 1-quart baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.

You can add seasonings to fit your tastebuds.

Serve hot with crackers.
