Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
8 cups of chopped onion 8 cups chopped celery
4 cups of green bell pepper chopped 4 cups red bell pepper chopped
4 cups of water 1 lb of butter
3 links of sausage 5 lb of shrimp
2 lb crab -16 oz 2 big cans of Rotel
1 large diced tomato 1 large can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. of following garlic powder, onion powder, salt
and black pepper.

Directions:
Directions:
Sautee vegetables. then add water, Rotel, Tomato Sauce., Diced Tomatoes together.
Slow boil 30 minutes. Add garlic, onion, salt, pepper to taste. Slow boil again 15 minutes. Add sausage, shrimp and crab meat. Cover and turn off heat.
Let set 15 minutes
