1 lb. firm tofu chopped into small cubes

2 T. chopped garlic
1 T. Tuong Ot Toi Chili Garlic Sauce
1 green or red pepper - chopped
1 tsp. sesame oil

liquids
2 T. oyster sauce
2 T. low salt soy sauce
1 T. rice vinegar
1 cup vegetable stock
2 T. black bean sauce

2 tsp. corn starch
˝ cup water

1.5 cups cooked brown rice

garnish - 4 chopped green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté tofu in oil about 5 minutes in a hot wok or pan.
Add garlic, peppers, and Chile sauce - cook 3 more minutes.

Combine all liquids in a Pyrex cup, mix thoroughly.

Add liquid to wok, cooking until bubbling, then simmer for 10 minutes.

To thicken - add 2 tsp corn starch with ˝ cup water, stir in.
Add sesame oil stir in quickly.

Serve over rice, adding chopped green onions over top.
