10 lg. potatoes, peeled & quartered
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
6 T. butter or margarine, divided
2 T. dried minced onion
1/2 - 1 tsp. salt
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Bring potatoes to a boil. Reduce heat; cover & cook 20 - 25 minutes until tender. Drain & mash. Add sour cream, cream cheese, 4 tablespoons butter, onion & salt. Stir until smooth and the cream cheese and butter have melted. Spread in greased 13x9x2 baking dish. Melt remaining butter: drizzle over potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before baking. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.. Uncover and bake additional 20 minutes.
