1 pouch pudding cake mix (any flavor)
1 beaten egg
1/4 c melted butter
1 tsp flavouring if called for on cake pkg
1/4 c oatmeal (any kind or granola)
1/4 c dried fruit, nuts or chips

Mix well. Drop by teaspoons full on a greased baking sheet or make small balls and roll in nuts. Bake at 350ºF for 12 to 15 min.
