2 c. Sugar
2 c. Flour
2 tsp. Cinnamon
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
4 Eggs, Beaten
1 c. Applesauce
1/4 c. Oil
1 lb Grated Raw Carrots (when grated about 3 c.)
20 oz. Crushed Pineapple, Very Well Drained
Icing:
1 stick Butter
8 oz. Cream Cheese, 1/3 less fat, if desired
1 tsp. Vanilla
3.4 to 1 lb. Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl, beat together all wet ingredients.
In medium bowl whisk together all dry ingredients.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients in mixing bowl, until just mixed.
Pour into greased 9x13" pan. Bake 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hour. Cool.
Ice with cream cheese frosting.
