1 cup cornmeal
1 cup flour
1/3 to 2/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 T. baking powder
2 large eggs, beaten
1/3 cup oil
3 T. butter, melted
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. In another bowl, mix together the liquids. Add to dry ingredients and stir until just blended. Pour into a greased 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
