Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is a very different salsa. I made this one year for my brother's annual Christmas eve party. Of course I took my Pico De Gallo and Roasted Pineapple Habanero salsa so that I would have entry into the party. But I wanted to make something a little different, with a Christmas color and theme.
At first it is one of those tastes that say, hmmmmm....not sure...but then you take a second bite and before you know it, you're hooked.
It is a sweet salsa with an after bite that sneaks up on you. I kind of think of it as between a relish and a salsa. I like to serve it with the Christmas red and green tortilla chips.
It also goes very well with left over turkey.
