8 oz can tomato sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp oil
2 t Worchestershire sauce
1/4 basil OR oregano
1/4 tsp onion salt
Garlic powder to taste
Black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients and use with beef, lamb or chicken. Marinate in the refrigerator in a zip lock bag for 3-4 hours. Use the leftover marinade for basting.

NOTE: The basil is traditional in flavor while the oregano is Italian.
