1 lb hamburger
1 onion diced
1 large can wolf brand chili without beans
1 16 oz package grated cheddar cheese
Package of 12 corn tortillas
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger in skillet. Add onions for last few minutes. Drain grease from meat mixture. Add can of chili and heat. Meanwhile soften each corn tortilla in oil for 10
Seconds on each side. Take 2/3 of chili meat mixture and fill each tortilla
And sprinkle 3/4 cheese on each. Roll each tortilla up and place side by side in 8x12 pan. Top enchiladas with remaining chili mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle
With remaining cheese and bake until cheese melts
