Grandma's Cinnamon Rolls |

Ingredients: |
Ingredients: COMBINE IN LARGE BOWL Bake @ 375º
2 c flour 2 pkg of yeast (ea pk has 2-1/4 yeast) 1/2 c sugar 1-1/2 tsp salt
HEAT IN SAUCE PAN(heat until warm approx 110)
1 c milk 1 c water 1/4 c butter 2 eggs
Add to flour mixture, add eggs, beat on low until all flour is all moist, mix for 3 minutes on medium. Add the rest of flour knead 3 to 5 minutes. Set aside and let rise for 1 hour or until dough has doubled.
3/4 c sugar Cinnamon to your liking Optional: 1/2 c chopped nuts 1/2 c Raising

Directions:When dough is doubled, punch and divide. Roll into 2 9x9 squares. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle each square with the above sugar mix, nuts and raisins.
Roll squares pinching the sides together (lightly rub water on edge pinch down sidesto seal roll) Slice into 12 pieces Place on greased 9x13 pan (make sure there is plenty of room between rolls for rising space)
Let double (30 minutes)
Bake @ 375º for 20 minutes
Frost rolls while warm |

Ingredients: MIX IN SAUCE PAN
3 T butter 2 c powered sugar 4 T hot coffee 1 tsp maple flavor
Instant espresso coffee granules is my favorite. 1 tsp instant coffee to 1 8oz hot water
Alternate
1/2 c butter 4 c powdered sugar 1/2 c brewed coffee 1 T instant coffe 1 tsp maple flavor
