1 pound softened butter
3/4 Cup Confectioner sugar
2 Cups finely chopped vanilla
4 Cups Flour
Additional confections sugar about 3 cups
Directions:
Directions:
Blend butter and confections sugar with mixer, add vanilla then mix in flour slowley
Dough will be still
add chopped nuts, mix well
Roll into 1 inch balls and Bake 15-20 min
When somewhat cool,
Roll in confectioners sugar and place on plate. Enjoy
