2¼ c. Sugar
3 Eggs
1½ tsp. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Salt
3 c. Flour
1 c. and 2 tbsp. Canola Oil
3 tbsp. Poppy Seeds
2 tsp. Almond Extract
1½ Milk
1½ tsp. Baking Powder

Glaze:
¾ c. Powdered Sugar
½ tsp. Vanilla
¼ c. Orange Juice
1 tsp. Almond Extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350ºF. Grease 2 - 9 x 4" loaf pans. In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to combine sugar, oil, eggs, poppy seeds, lemon juice and extracts. Beat until well blended. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Then add to sugar mixture, alternating with milk. Beat until just moistened. Pour into 2 - 9 x 4" loaf pans. Bake for 55-60 minutes. Combine glaze ingredients until smooth. Drizzle over warm loaves. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to a wire rack.
