8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
8-10 oz. Processed Sharp Cheddar Cheese Spread
¼ c. Butter, softened
¼ c. chopped, Green Olives
¼ c. chopped, Black Olives
1 to 1½ c. chopped and toasted, Pecans
Assorted Crackers for serving

Directions:
Directions:
In mixer add cream cheese, cheese spread and butter. Beat until well blended. Add olives and blend until well mixed. Mixture will be soft. Lay out plastic wrap on flat surface. Place nuts in center in a slightly flattened pile. Add cheese mixture on top (this will make 1 very large or 2 small cheese balls). Use plastic wrap to form into ball while spreading the nuts up and around cheese mixture. Chill and serve with crackers.
