1 cp. tequila
1 cp. fresh lime juice
3/4 cp. simple syrup
2 Tbsp. Cointreau or orange liqueur
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced(1 cp.)
1 bunch of mint leaves
kosher salt
lime slices

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients in a large pitcher and refrigerate. When ready to serve, combine the cucumber and mint in a bowl and lightly mash. Stir into pitcher. Wet rims of glasses with lime wedges and dip into salt. Place ice cubes in glasses and add mixture and a slice of lime. Such a refreshing drink!
