2 1/2 cps. sugar
1/2 cp. evaporated milk
1/2 cp. corn syrup
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cps. chopped pecans
2 cps. shredded coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients in large saucepan and bring to a rolling boil. boil, stirring constantly, for 3 min. Remove from heat and add pecans, coconut and vanilla. Stir for about 4 min. to cool and thicken. Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper and allow to completely cool and harden.
