2 ½ cups tomatoes diced
½ cup small red onion diced
¼ cup sweet onions diced
¼ cup green peppers diced
¼ cup diced orange or yellow pepper
1 jalapeno diced (for mild flavor remove seeds before slicing)
2 garlic cloves minced (remove inside stem first)
2 California avocados diced
Juice of 1 lime or 2 instant lime packets
2 TBSPs any salsa sauce or tomato sauce
½ cup cilantro chopped finely
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 small tomatillo diced
1 tsp., Cumin
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 red chili or 1/8 Chili flakes

Directions:

Toss all ingredients together in a bowl cover and chill for 2 hour or over night is better; if not its’ ready just serve with tortilla chips.

Other options:
Roast garlic, chili’s, peppers, tomatoes, and onions, when done add all other ingredients and put in blender chill overnight and serve.

On chili
Meat tacos
Baked fish or any backed seafood
Taco salad
Over carne asada
