Boiled chopped 3 chicken breast
1 cup Finely chopped sweet onion
1 cup Chopped celery heart
1/2 cup Chopped pecan nuts
Handful of raisins
diced up small firm apple
1 cup Aldi’s mayonnaise (add more if you want it more wet)
1 tsp. Mustard
2 tbsp. Sweet relish
1/4 tsp. parsley
1/2 cup carrots chopped up
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Boil chicken breast until tender about 20 minutes, then refrigerate until cool, chop up chicken than add all ingredients together and refrigerate 4 hours or over night would be best.
