¼ cup sweet onions chopped finely
7 cloves garlic thinly chopped divided(remove inside green root first before chopping)
4 medium zucchini spiralizer
½ cup sliced portabella or white mushrooms
¼ cup parsley chopped
2 tbsp. olive oil
½ cup butter
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
¼ tsp. kosher salt
¼ tsp kosher salt
1 cup cream
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
¼ tsp white pepper or fresh ground pepper
1 lb. peeled & deveined fresh shrimp rinsed and pat dry
1 lb. fresh scallops rinsed and pat dry
1 tbsp. Chardonnay wine
2 slices fresh fried bacon pieces for garnish

1. In a large skillet on medium Heat 1 tbsp. olive oil and butter, then add onions, mushrooms and simmer for 5 mins.
2. Turn heat up to medium high; add wine, shrimp, scallops and sauté on both sides for 3 mins. Then add in ½ portion of garlic, salt and pepper, parsley simmer for 1 minute.
3. Turn heat to medium low; add flour, cream & parmesan cheese, whisk quickly through, simmer for 5 mins. Or until thickened.
4. In a separate pot sauté zucchini in 1 tbsp. olive oil and the rest of the garlic & salt until al-dente, stir into thickened Alfredo sauce, then garnish with bacon bits and serve.
