2 lbs ground meat, lean
Milk to soak bread crumbs approx 1/4
Cup
1 cup bread crumbs
Sprinkle of garlic salt
Sprinkle of seasoned salt
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup catsup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Soak bread
Crumbs in milk for a few minutes. Combine crumbs, meat, garlic salt. Seasoned salt, and half the onions. Mix with hands until blended together. Form into loaf and bake for 50 minutes. While meat is baking, sauté remaining onions in butter until tender. Combine the other ingredients with the onions. After the 50 minutes, pour grease off the meatloaf and then
pour the sauce over the meat loaf and cook 25 minutes.
