Three Vanilla Bean pods, sliced lengthwise, available at Whole Foods and elsewhere
I cup good Vodka

Directions:
Directions:
Place vanilla bean pods and vodka in a clean shaker bottle, such as a Worcestershire bottle. Replace plastic shaker cap and screw on lid tightly. Age in a dark cupboard for three months or more. When the vodka turns dark, it is ready to use. As the fluid levels decrease, replace vodka and continue to use. Delicious.
