3 lb Chuck Roast
1 stick salted butter
1 1oz packet ranch mix
1 1oz packet dry au jus mix
5-7 pickled peperoncini peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Add chuck roast to crockpot. Poor ranch mix on top of chuck roast, followed with au jus mix. Place stick of butter on top and peperoncini peppers around roast. Set crock pot to low for 8 hours. When roast is tender enough to shred with fork, it is ready to serve.
