2 Large Pkgs of Cream Cheese (8 oz each)
1 Small Pkg of Walnuts (4 to 6 oz)

Directions:

1. In a bowl, mix flour, softened butter, 1/2 of the walnuts in small pieces. Line the bottom of the pan by pressing the mixture along the bottom. (The easiest way to do this is to use wax paper and the back of a large spoon) Bake 350º for about 10-15 minutes or until lightly brown.

2. In a bowl mix 1/2 of the Cool Whip, the 2 pkgs of cream cheese and stir. Then mix in the powdered sugar. You may want to add more or less according to taste.

3. When the crust is cooled off, pat the above mixture onto the crust.

4. Beat 2 1/2 cups milk into the instant pudding.

5. Put the pudding on top of the cream cheese mixture and put into the fridge to harden.

6. Put the rest of the Cool Whip on top of the chocolate pudding layer and sprinkle walnuts on top.

Keep in mind that you have to wait for the crust to cool before layering yum yum cake.
