1 1/2 cps. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 stick butter, melted
Caramel filling:
3/4 stick butter
1 cp. packed brown sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. salt
Chocolate topping:
1/3 cp. heavy cream
5-6 oz. dark chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Mix crumbs and butter together and press into 9" pie plate. Bake 10 min.
Melt butter and brown sugar in large saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar is all dissolved and begins to bubble. Add condensed milk and stir constantly for 4 min. until caramel is steaming. Stir in salt, remove from heat, pour into pie shell and bake 15 min. Filling will form a "skin" on top. Allow to cool. Melt chocolate and cream in microwave about 30 seconds and stir until creamy. Cool slightly, pour over caramel filling and chill. Serve at room temperature. Very rich and creamy.
