1 Box Lemon Cake Mix
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
2 Eggs
⅛ c. Oil
Powdered Sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix, lemon juice, oil and eggs. Refrigerate dough for an hour. Roll into balls, roll in powdered sugar. Place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake 9 min at 375ºF.

Makes 24-30 cookies. Dough is VERY sticky. Use a cookie scoop if you have one.
