6 Red Delicious apples
2 stocks celery
½ cup chopped walnuts
Hellmann's lite mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Peel 4 of the apples, the other 2 you leave peel on to add color in the salad. Chop apples into bite size pieces.

Take ½ cup pineapple juice or grapefruit juice (any kind high in acid to prevent discoloration) pour over apples and toss to coat.

Peel celery and chop into small pieces.

Drain apples. in a large bowl add the rest of the ingredients.

Add enough mayonnaise to make moist.

Chill and stir before serving.
