8 oz. spaghetti pasta
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
Sea salt and pepper
1/4 cp. fresh lemon juice
1/3 cp. fresh parsley, finely chopped
Grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pasta with a tsp. each of salt and olive oil in water. Drain and set aside. In a large deep skillet, melt 2 Tbsp. butter and 2 Tbsp. olive oil over medium heat. Saute garlic for a minute and add shrimp. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook 2 min. per side until pink. Add lemon juice and parsley. Turn off heat and stir pasta into the shrimp. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve with French bread and salad.
