3 lbs. Hamburger
1 lb. Sausage
½ c. Onion, chopped
6 Slices bread (cut crust off)
1 c. Whipping Cream
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first 3 ingredients and set aside. Mix well, bread, whipping cream, salt and pepper. Mix meat mixture and bread mixture together. Form into balls and place onto large cookie sheet. Brown in oven at 350ºF for 30 minutes. In a large saucepan, put reserved drippings from meatballs, add water, thicken and season to taste. Add meatballs to the drippings, simmer for 1-2 hours.

You can make the meatballs a day ahead and reheat them when it's time to serve.
