1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts (hickory, walnut or pecan)
2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
4 eggs
1 c. butter (two sticks)
2 boxes of Pillsbury ready-made pie crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.
1. Soften butter and combine with brown sugar using electric mixer on low speed.
2. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mix on low, just until blended. Do not over mix.
3. Add raisins and nuts. Stir with spoon.
4. Roll out pie crust pieces on a floured counter to a little less than 1/8" thickness.
5. Cut 3½ inch circles with cookie cutter.
6. Insert crust into regular sized ungreased muffin tin.
7. Fill each crust with 1/2 cup of filling.

Bake for 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

This family recipe is from my great Grandmother, Christina McRoberts. According to my Mother, "Teeny", was always smiling, had dimples on her elbows and always smelled good!
