1 Box Pillsbury Pie Crust Dough
1 Box JELL-O "cook and serve lemon flavored pudding"
½ cup sugar
2 beaten egg yolks
2¼ cups water, divided

Meringue

3 egg whites
⅓ cup of sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix pudding mix, sugar,egg yolks and ¼ cup of water in a medium saucepan until blended. Stir in remaining water, bring to a boil on medium heat. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.

Pour into a cooled baked 9" pie crust.

Beat 3 egg whites in a large bowl with mixer on high speed until foamy. Gradually beat in ⅓ cup of sugar until stiff peaks form.

Spread over pie. sealing meringue to edge of crust. Bake 10 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool completely.

Refrigerate any leftovers.
