1½ lbs. stew beef cubed into 1½" pieces
4 boxes beef broth
1 onion chopped fine
2-3 stacks celery chopped fine
1 bag mixed frozen vegetable soap mix
1 can petite diced tomatoes
½ head cabbage shreaded
some beef bullion cubes (if needed)
½ bag (17.6 ox) Bechtle traditional egg noodles (wide)
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef in the beef broth for 1 hour. Add vegetables,onion, celery and petite tomatoes. Cook at a simmer for another 1 or until vegetables are cooked.

In a separate pot filled with lightly salted boiling water, cook the noodles per instructions on bag.
drain and place noodles in soap and serve.

Depending on the amount of vegetables in the frozen bag you added, you my need to add lima beans, green beans,carrots or other vegetable as you see fit.

You may also need to add beef bullion cube to increase the beef flavor.
