Macaroni & cheddar Recipe

Pre-heat oven to 350 º

2 cups uncooked pasta
2 cups milk
2 Tablespoons plus a smidge of flour
2 cups of cheddar cheese cut into cubes plus another handful

Cook pasta

While the pasta is cooking pour the two cups of milk into saucepan & add th 2 Tablespoons of flour (while it is still cold) and whisk together. Keep stirring while it warms up but there is no need to bring it to a boil.

After sauce thickens slightly add the cheddar cheese. Stir until melted.

Put the cooked pasta into a casserole dish, pour the cheese sauce on top. Cover with crushed crackers.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.

Let stand at least 5 minutes before eating.
