Buffalo Cauliflower Bites Recipe

2 heads cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces
¾ cups all purpose flour ( I use wheat flour for a healthier alternative)
1 cup water
½ tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 T. butter
½ cup hot sauce (such as Frank's Red Hot)
1 tsp. honey

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450ºF and grease a baking sheet.
Mix flour, water, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Whisk until batter is smooth and somewhat runny.
Add cauliflower to batter and mix until coated.
Spread on to baking sheet.
Bake until lightly browned, 20-25 mins.

Melt butter in saucepan. Remove pan from heat and stir in hot sauce and honey into butter until smooth.
Brush the sauce mixture over the cauliflower.
Bake until browned (about 10 mins).
