5 potatoes
1½ medium onions
1 eggs
salt and pepper
Flour
Bacon fat
Directions:
Directions:
Grate potatoes and onion together. Add eggs and enough flour to slightly thicken. Salt and pepper to taste.

Fry in bacon fat.

Serve with sour cream and/ or apple sauce.
