8 Golden Delicious apples pared, corded and sliced
½ cup Brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
½ tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. flour

Pie crust

2 cups of flour
4 tbsp. ice water
1 tsp. salt
⅔ cup shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Add sugar, spice, flour and mix. Add apples, let stand while making the crust. Place the apple mixture in the shell and dot with butter.

Pie crust; mix flour and salt, cut in shorting, add water roll into ball and roll out.

Bake at 450 º for 25 minutes.

Note; In stead of making your own pie crust you can us Pillsbury Refrigerated Pie Crust.
