1 medium onion
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 cup water
½ cup chopped celery
½ tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 cup catsup
1 or 2 tbsp. worshestershire sauce
½ tsp.black pepper
1 tsp. salt

Brown onions and celery in olive oil, add the rest of the ingredients and simmer 20 30 minutes.
